  A decent frame hid beneath heavy jacket that reached to his knees, beneath the silk shirt seen beneath the unbuttoned piece. The white Spanish silk shirt would be tucked in to his miner's grade tough cotton pants (later to be renamed Denim) which were, themselves, tucked in to heavy, military-style boots.
